Sai Saraas Agro Foods is basically from Guntur, Andhrapradesh, India. The group journey started in 2006 by exporting Red Chillies, Turmeric fingers and pulses to Srilanka, Singapore and Thailand. The group is family owned was founded by Mrs. Rajeswari Gandla and Mr. Sambasiva Rao Gandla, who are post graduated in business management. The group extended its exports of whole spices and pulses to UAE, Malaysia, Dubai, Qatar, Kuwait and Bangladesh.Now the group entered in to producing spice powders with a motto of producing the best quality, organic and hygienic ground spices that are enriched with essential nutritional values.

UTTISTA” is the brand owned by Sai Saraas Agro Foods, all the products of the group distributed throughout India with this brand. Experience more than a decade in exporting of whole spices leads us to source the quality materials from the specific organic and hygienic farms in the villages.To enhance the quality in the products, the group directly operates the farms using organic farming methods without utilizing harmful pesticides. Our products are produced cent per cent naturally, without the use of any harmful chemicals.

As we already into the business trading and exporting of whole spices and Pulses for the last 12 years, we will be able to source the required raw materials throughout India from the specific organic and hygienic farms to produce quality ground spices.

The below practices will be followed to enhance the quality of the products.


  • Procuring the raw materials directly from the farmers after quality checks.
  • Proper Cleaning, drying and roasting of raw materials before placing to production floor.
  • Quality checks at each process of the final products.
  • Keeping the environment clean.
  • Following the procedures for disinfection and pest control.
  • The quality staff will ensure the process as per the standards of Food Safety Management.

 


Lab facility and R&D:
The company adopted a modern and well equipped laboratory for testing and analysing of all materials to perform quality checks as per the standards of Food Safety Management.Highly qualified team in food technology involved in quality check and developing of new products as market demanded.



The Lab and R& D Team co -ordinates with the production team to produce new products in respect of quality, sustainability, shelf life and packing.

Machinery:
The company had the machinery with advanced technology which can deliver quality products for the customers well in time.


The machinery is made with SS steel as per the standards of Food Safety management.

Manufacturing Process:
High quality, dried, flavoured and cleaned raw materials will be taken to production floor to produce high quality products. The quality team observes the process at each stage and instruct the production team to get quality, hygienic products.


After processing, the products will be tested at Lab whether the quality meeting as per the Food Safety Management System.
The Products of Uttista are FSSAI and ISO certified .
